can i use one or more items at the same time. Are they like wep & armor inventory where you can equip/unequip

You can equip 1 ring and 1 amulet. You can see the equip slots for them at the bottom of your equipment screen. You can have all of them in your inventory (in the accessories tab on your inventory screen) and switch between them just like other equipment.  |

And it looks like bands count as rings and lockets count as amulets.
