I sent my harvestron on a 12 hour fishing job when it came back i had like 5k more XP above my level. SHould have gained a level but i didnt. Did 1 normal harvesting and it leveled and got the extra XP also...so no loss there. On smaller timers (30 mins) it leveled my fishing skill...might be a bug with 12 hour runs.
