1) I see the issue here. Armor that's applied to specific item types (ie, Armor on Boots, etc) aren't being included. Semi-low priority, but will try to get a fix in soon.

2) I believe this happens if you drag the popup window around - the popup stays at whatever size it was when you moved it. Also pretty low priority.
